Regarding a case study made by NSS Lab inc (sponsored by Microsoft) IE 8 has blocked 69% of the Mal-ware distributed web site, where Firefox had a success rate of 30% of the same site.
This is just a small proof that MS final has put the right time effort to write the best browser.

Finally the Windows Live Calendar (WLC) is out, WLC is an online Calender which will let users sync between their outlook and public Calender. It’s obvious that you need a MS passport account to sync your Calenders, and its direct competition on Google’s Calendar.
The cool feature of WLC is that you can share just the portion you want with public or you can see many other friends Calenders from one space.
WLC works great also with Hotmail, MSN Live product range, Windows Mail, Mobile, photos & group.
