If you don’t know what W7 Home Group is please check this article

1) Click – Start >  Control Panel > Home Group

2)  If you are not in a HOME network it will ask you to join your” Home” network
If your PC’ network is already setup as HOME than W7 will ask you o create your Home Group, via selecting the files & folders that you want to share with other W7 Computers
