Hi fellow MCT's.
Many of you know me, many don't (so hi!), but either way, what you won't know is that I have recently become a member of the MCT Advisory Council.
If you don't know what that entails, then (as I understand it as a newbie myself!) we meet in person or virtually from time to time to discuss matters that affect MCT's, and to provide a soundboard for MSL to get our thoughts on new ideas/incentives etc concerning training, certification and other matters that have an impact on what you do inside and outside the classroom.
One thing I wish to bring to the table (apart from my own opinions), is to raise awareness of the group as a conduit for the MCT community at large.
As it is not always viable to consult 18,000+ MCT's, I feel that myself and my other AC members, are here to serve you and represent you whenever the AC meets.
This is where YOU come in.
We have an upcoming meeting in a few weeks time, and I want to reach out to my fellow community members (that's YOU!) to see how I can best serve your, and the wider community's interests.
What I would love to hear from you guys and gals, are any thoughts, ideas, even grudges and gripes (but in a constructive manner please!), so I can collate those ideas and represent you as best I can on the AC.
Please feel free to reach out to me personally, erdal@yourmct.com or/and chris@windowsmct.co.uk, but I would rather open this out as a discussion here for others to add their ideas for all to see.
Our community is what we make of it, and I have been an MCT for so many years, and want to help shape it for the next coming years.
So if your a season veteran like me, or perhaps a newly qualified MCT from the recent summits, please don't be shy, let me know your ideas, and whilst I can't promise to solve everything, if you don't tell me what you want doing, I can't serve you as well.
Over to you.... see the reply area below..? Go for it!
