Hyundai Review – Stay away or face the issues 2023

Hyundai Customer Care

Hyundai has a very bad customer service and I highly recommend not buying their cars, while I assure you, you will be let down in the first issue you have with your car. Please always ask the service wait time before you sign. You will see some of them have up to five months waiting time, yes 5 Months waiting for get your car serviced. And this includes factory defects, and calling the Hyundai Customer Care team is also useless. All they do is buy time to cover their back and at the end they refer you back to the dealership.

Here is my Hyundai Story

Hyundai, one of the world’s leading automobile companies, is known for its “reliable cars ” and supposed good customer service. But unfortunately, Hyundai’s customer service has recently been receiving a lot of unfavorable reviews.

Many Hyundai customers have been unhappy with the company’s customer service. Most of the complaints stem from the long wait times for service response, the lack of understanding from customer service representatives, and the lack of efforts to resolve issues. Additionally, customers have reported feeling as if they’re being ignored or that their concerns are not taken seriously.

When customers make a complaint to Hyundai, they can expect to wait a long time to get a response. Customers often have to wait days or even weeks for a response, and usually the response they get is not helpful. Furthermore, when reaching out to customer service, customers often feel like they’re not being heard or that their complaints are being dismissed. This is especially true if they don’t receive a response from Hyundai.

Hyundai customers have also reported that the customer service representatives lack the knowledge or training to properly address their concerns. Representatives often misdirect customers and give incorrect information. This lack of understanding and compassion is often frustrating for customers who just want their issues resolved.

Overall, Hyundai’s customer service is far from satisfactory. Customes do not getting the help they need in a timely manner and are often treated with indifference or even hostility. This is a major problem for a company that prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. Hyundai needs to make some serious changes to its customer service or else more customers will likely become dissatisfied with the company.

If you check tehir web site, all what they do give promises which they cannot fulfill.

Hyundai Tucson

The fourth-generation Tucson is one of the better compact SUVs. With the standard 187-hp, 2.5-liter four-cylinder coupled to an eight-speed automatic, the Tucson accelerates leisurely unless you get the hybrid version which is more responsive, quieter and more fuel efficient.

The ride is firm yet steady, handling is responsive and secure, and the nicely trimmed cabin is relatively quiet. The back seat is roomy, and the cargo area is generous for the class. Controls are easy to use. But higher trims replace physical volume and temperature knobs with touch-sensitive controls and a push-button gear selector. AEB with pedestrian detection, AEB highway, BSW, and RCTW are standard.

1. Front Collision Avoidance System problem

One of the problems you should expect when buying a Hyundai Tucson is a malfunctioning front Collision Avoidance feature

2. Sudden stops without warnings

Many drivers often ask themselves if Tucson will delay alerting them of potential collisions. In some cases, Tucson stopped in the middle of the road without sending any warning

3. Transmission Issues

Drivers also report shifting and transmission issues.

4.No Sound From Speakers

This problem is specific to gas-driven Tucsons with navigation units.

5. Hesitation on Acceleration

Owners have described a hesitation of approximately 2 seconds before the car decides to accelerate.

6. Air Conditioning Problems

There have been a large number of complaints from Tucson owners due to the Air Conditioning not working.

7. Forward Collision Not Working

The Forward Collision System is designed to outright prevent or to reduce the effects of a forward collision.
